Valmet will deliver a complete Valmet Advantage DCT 200 production line for tissue paper) to the Turkish tissueproducenten Purple Group in Corlu, about 100 km west of Istanbul. In order to achieve the production with high efficiency and low energy consumption will TM3-line to have all the latest and most modern equipment, including stock preparation and a comprehensive automationspaket. Previously Valmet supplied two Advantage DCT 200 tissuemaskiner to the same use. TM1 was started in 2007 and TM2 in 2012. In addition to the new tissuelinjen ordered the Purple Group is also a reconstruction of the TM1 and TM2 to upgrade the machines with the Advantage ViscoNip press configuration.
The order was received in Valmet’s second quarter of the year 2018. The value of the order is not revealed.

Technical information about the delivery
Valmet’s delivery of the production line consists of a complete Advantage DCT200-mjukpapperslinje with mäldberedningsutrustning and Advantage technology. The delivery is also covered by a comprehensive automationspaket with DCS, QCS and mjukhetsmätare. Also commissioning and training are included.
With the new TM3-machine increases Lilas volume of tissue to the home and the export market, with 70 000 tonnes.
