The 13 industrial and retail properties as NP3 acquires corresponds to a leasable area of approximately 80, 000 square meters in areas of the Industry and the Sorby Urfjäll. The largest tenants are Ahlsell, Trelleborg and Swedol. Property value amounts to sek 345 m.
The 5 samhällsfastigheterna Diös acquires the equivalent of a total leasable area of 17 000 square meters, where the main property is a projektfastighet in the vicinity of the Alderholmen, which will house the new offices of the transport department. Access in respect of the property takes place during quarter 1 2019. Other tenants are the Swedish migration board and two private schools. Property value amounts to sek 300 million.
The transactions are made in the form, and will be recognized during the third quarter of 2018.
