LeoVegas Group is implementing several changes in the senior management team in order to optimize the efforts to drive the company’s strategic agenda on sustainability, and the continuation of the growth strategy and with a further increased focus on responsible gaming and LeoSafePlay.
New COO in Malta
Richard Woodbridge are hired as the new COO (Chief Operation Officer) and will have the overall responsibility for the operational work at LeoVegas office in Malta. Richard joins the service no later than January 7, 2019 after which he will also be part of the senior management team for LeoVegas.

Richard Woodbridge comes from the role of COO at Ellos Group, and prior to that, he had a similar role at the fast-growing e-commerce company Nelly.com.

LeoVegas current COO, Marcus Nylén, will remain as COO in Malta during the autumn of 2018 until Richard enters. On the basis of the Marcus close relationship with Louise Nylén, will Marcus to leave the management team, when Richard ascends to completely focus on the role of the person responsible for the LeoVegas global expansion.
New executive Vice PRESIDENT
Louise Nylén get a new added role as vice-CEO of LeoVegas Mobile Gaming Group based in Stockholm. Louise has previously been the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) for LeoVegas. In the role of vice PRESIDENT will be Louise to work side by side with the managing director, Gustaf Hagman, including strategic issues such as sustainability and value creation projects. Louise takes up her new role in the company today, the 10th of July.

LeoSafePlay — new business unit for the next-generation system for responsible gaming
Rikard Ljungman is leaving his role as CCO and step out of LeoVegas management team in order to thus be able to focus entirely on responsible gaming and LeoSafePlay. LeoSafePlay will be operated as a separate business unit in order to create the best conditions for the next generation system for responsible gaming based on machine learning. Richard Woodbridge will take over Rikard ljungman’s CCO-related information in Malta.
