Klövern has acquired a property in Manhattan, with the address 322-326 7th Ave, for an underlying property value of 36 million USD, the equivalent of approximately 320 million SEK. The property, which is acquired in cooperation with the locally based property developer, the GDS Development, currently has a total leasable area of approximately 2 300 sqm.
