Croatia Inflation Unchanged In August
Croatia's consumer price inflation was unchanged in August, after slowing in the previous month, preliminary figures showed Friday.
The consumer price index rose 2.1 percent year-on-year, same as in July. Inflation peaked at 2.4 percent in June.
On a month-on-month basis, the CPI was unchanged in August after a 0.9 percent fall in July.
The biggest monthly increase was seen in the recreation and culture, and miscellaneous goods groups. In contrast, prices of clothing and footwear, and food and beverages declined.
